The colour and material of the items might differ slightly from the picture due to different colour resolution.

We entertain on a first completed order form first serve basis upon launch time.
Orders via email will strictly not be entertained.
Please be certain of your order. De Baggage reserves the right to blacklist deadbuyers and reject transactions at our own discretion.
We will return emails within 24 hours. If you do not receive an invoice for the item you are interested in buying after 24 hours, please send us an email to debaggage@ymail.com again. We will attend to you shortly.
Payment
The stated prices of items include normal postage fee unless otherwise stated.
No negotiations or trades are accepted.
No interbank transfers are allowed. Only DBS/POSB bank transfers are accepted.
For IBank users, please reply with your IB nick after payment.
For ATM users, it is obligatory to reply with a snapshot of your payment receipt. Your transaction will be void if we are unable to track your payment records. Please retain your receipt till payment has been verified. Any form of fraud will be handled by law accordingly,
Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the confirmed item(s) for 24 hours. Payment must be made within this 24 hours to secure your purchase, otherwise deadbuyers will be blacklisted.

Postage & Delivery
All mails are despatched via Singapore Post.
Postage fees apply accordingly.
Mailing of item will be done within 2-4working days once the preorder items reach Debaggage.
De Baggage Will not be held responsible for any lost parcels / damaged mailed out items should you not opt for registered mail.
